Overview

Provide administrative support to the Vice President and the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and proofreading of correspondence, letters, memos, reports and other materials.
  • Create files and maintain those files for assigned Managers.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings and manage calendars.
  • Maintain vendor accounts relating to Operations.
  • Assist Managers.
  • Maintain and update reports and databases.

Qualifications

  • Qualified candidates will have previous administrative support experience in a busy office setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite 2010, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively within a team.
  • Dependable to meet assigned deadlines.
  • BST experience a plus.
  • Professionalism and effective communication skills a must.
  • Self-Starter, needs to be able to work independently with little guidance.
