Overview

Serve as the primary point of communication with the client within an assigned geographic area. Coordinate work activities for staff.  Work hours will vary, often requiring early evening hours and some weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Accept work assignments from client
  • Assign tasks to team; scheduling
  • Monitor the process and quality of work
  • Recommend and assist in staffing for assigned area
  • Manage client relationships through positive and timely communications
  • Research property ownerships
  • Develop line lists and manage data collection required for the project
  • Acquire easements from landowners
  • Serve as notary in acknowledgement of legal signatures
  • Ensure documents are properly recorded
  • Provide status reports to management and client points of contact

Qualifications

  • Exceptional Communication Skills - In person, written and verbal
  • Ability to research public records to determine property ownership
  • Excellent organization and documentation skills
  • Broad general business knowledge
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Notary Public (company may assist in acquiring)
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker (NC, SC, FL, OH) preferred
  • Knowledge of easements and utility real estate
  • Experience in leadership
  • Knowledge of electric operations and construction

Requires a pre-employment drug screen and will require ongoing participation in the employer's annual drug and alcohol testing program.
